Pizza King - Ripley

Good took 3 hours to turn up, tried calling but it ended straight away, I asked for cheese cake but I got chocolate cake, the batter on the chicken was way to over cooked, and chips was cold, don’t recommend!!!!! Ordered from this place for the first time tonight and let me tell you I will never be ordering again. I placed our order at 7:22pm they gave a delivery time of 20:05 20:25. By 20:50 it’s still hadn’t arrived so I rang them and they said that it had left the shop with the delivery driver, rang the delivery driver while I was on the phone and the delivery driver said he hadn’t collected it from the shop and was on his way to get it. So the restaurant lied to me saying it had already been collected for delivery. It finally arrived at 9:40pm and was not only cold and soggy but was also missing an item that I ordered. Worst place I have ever ordered from.

Have used Pizza King in Ripley for s while now and have historically always rated them for the food and service. However, I have to say that tonight I was completely disappointed with not only the standard of the food I was served but the ridiculously long time it took them to deliver it to me after placing the order. Burnt pizza's, soggy fries, cold cheeseburger and complete lack of quality of all the food I was served. Definitely put me off purchasing from them again going forward and unless they improve their standards as to what they used to be!!
