What Hannah Foster doesn't like about I Scream Sundae:
It was well decorated, the staff were very nice. However the Hygiene was awful. The plates we were served with, had food left over from other patrons, and our milkshakes were cross contaminated which can KILL someone with a peanut or chocolate allergy for example. The food was good but I lost my appetite after seeing the dirty dishes we were served with. View all feedback.
The fancy desserts are probably 80% whipped cream. The ice cream they is is good. Better of just getting a couple scoops rather than the fancy stuff
The boba tea was the best I've had. It was mango with passion fruit bursting boba.
Wow wow wow. This place is such a cool find in WV. The inside is amazing, the staff is super friendly and approached us right away when we went inside, and let’s talk about how much ICE CREAM they have!!! There are so many options it took us a long time to decide what we want, but it also makes it super re-visitable. The prices are really good for the amount of effort and ice cream you get, too. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a gem.
We were immediately greeted by staff, who were all helpful and friendly. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. The decor is amazing. Lots of fun shakes to choose from. Everything else ordered was delicious and the portions on the shakes (that’s all we ordered) were very large!
Such a great establishment!! Love the concept!! Will definitely be back for more!!!
