If you happen to be in Rionero in Vulture you cannot miss visiting this place. Focaccia is a mix of flavors that result in a culinary orgasm. The Roman focaccia mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio or red focaccia, gorgo, onion and salami... Anyway, lots of stuff, Gerardo is the ace in the hole of this place. Fast food with particular innovations: fried panzerotti with fantastic fillings such as cruschi peppers, potatoes and mozzarella which unfortunately I wasn't able to taste due to too many people at the party, but I trust those who have tasted it and reported it to me; or like fried pizza with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachios, or focaccia with salami and smoked provola, there were also montanares... too bad we had to be on the lookout for a seat but everything was good.
