Santorini - Rionegro

Last night we were hungry and it was pm. Most places close very early (around pm) during the week, but we were very lucky to find Santorini, at Complejo Llanogrande, which was open. They only serve tapas (like a bruschetta, slices of baguette...with different toppings), pizzas, calzones and lasagnas. They do offer lots of different ingredientes and combinations for those four options. We shared a large pizza and two lasagnas. It was too much for four people!! Everything was wonderful! Our pizza was topped with ham, bacon and parmesan cheese, and the crust was thin and crispy. We had a bolognese lasagna and a vegetable lasagna, both delicious and each one topped with a thick layer of golden cheese. Service very nice. I would only suggest that they add one or two salads to the menu, since it would be nice to have that option for a light dish.

This place I have visited it several times and the truth is that with few pizza options in the area, santorini is a very good choice. your letter is generous and offers blends of ingredients for all drops. the dough is thin and crunchy and use a good cheese. Perhaps my only criticism is that your mass can be a bit soda, so we have to condimentate it to enhance the taste. It's a place I'm getting back to. service is excellent.

Excellent pizza, excellent atmosphere, the owners attend the site and are very friendly, mall parking lot without problem.
