Best local food if u want to try good frijoles o cazuela !!! We had lentil , beans Both plates were tasty !! Familiar athmosphere there is a playground for kids as well . Good serivice and warm staff I will recomend it

It’s always lovely to come back to Colombia and the first thing after the airport is going to the Rancherito! What a love about this place is the outdoor area and the food is just delicious ! It’s my family favorite place

We ate here before catching our plane back home. We loved it! Food was very good! I ordered Tongue and it was to die for. My husband had the Bandeja Paisa and he liked it very much. The only advise I have is to put in the menu what fruits are in the sangria. I am allergic to Strawberries and I couldn't drink the Jar I ordered. : I will come back here , I was suppose to go to Sancho Paisa but it was closed.. the lady at the gas station told me to go here and I am glad I listened.

Super delicious!!! I had the Bandeja Paisa which is the traditional platter for Medellin. Comes with Chicharrón sausage rice plantains beans On my way to MED airport. Very big place and super busy even for lunch.

Whether you are from the area or on your way home after visiting Medellin, El Rancherito close to the international airport is the best option to get good food before your airplane touches down, wherever that might be. And it is also the last and best place to get your another bandeja paisa or bandeja montanera.
