I give five stars to everything they serve. Tacos, birria soup, burritos, etc. This is some of the best Mexican food you can find north of the border. Authentic flavors and great job overall!
Today, we stumbled upon a small food truck while waiting for our shipment next door at the pilot for the past 24 hours. The carne asada burritos were fantastic and incredibly satisfying. The friendly staff was a bonus, and we were very grateful for their service. The authenticity of the food was evident and did not disappoint.
I couldn't find the truck for the second time after getting off the interstate, it seems to have disappeared.
Leticia and Mrs. Lichter are the sweetest! They are incredibly attentive and professional. I have been coming here for years. I always prefer Ruby Corners over Pilot scale.
