Ordered Heaven on Earth and they were out of rice protein but charged me for whey protein I asked for. If you're out of something, it's not appropriate business to charge for an equivalent substitute. Not my fault you don't have ingredients for thedrink

The order I guess had not come in, took them about 20 minutes to make a wheatgrass shot. No customerservice. First time and last time visiting. Will stick to Keva or Juice it Up?

When I was there, the girl looked like she was a brain in the headlights. the order I appreciate was not there, took it about 20 minutes to shoot a grass. no customer service. the first time and the last time, are they staying up at keva or juice?

This place used to be really good but I would no longer recommend the Rio Rancho location. The drinks are never consistent with taste and hardly ever taste like they used to. They are bitter tasting and not like they are supposed to be. I guess it all depends on who makes it but no matter who's making it they should be consistent all the time. Especially with the prices being what they are. I'd recommend going to the one on San Pedro and paseo they always make them delicious and they always taste the same there.

This a huge disappointment. I ordered the tango mango acai bowl; the girl didn 't know if the granola was vegan so I opted it out. Let 's start w the sad presentation; the acai bowl had bunch of fruit listed that I thought would be presented on top but I guess they were all blended so you have huge amount of cheap coconut flakes that were most definitely not raw nor organic half a banana. And the acai bowl was nothing but a sad tasteless watered sorbet w chunks of ice. You are better off going to Costco getting there acai bowl.
