Yummy food! Green Chile is hotter than red. But I love the flavor of the red. Although both are good. I’ve always loved the Chile cheese fries but now that they have the chips, that’s all I get! They’re so delicious with everything on it (cheese, onions, lettuce tomato). Also, I recommend the patty melt with rye bread and opt in for the grilled onions. My hubby loves the Chile cheese dog and ask for it a little extra... View all feedback.
What Mélinda doesn't like about Bob's Burgers:
They tend to get a little sloppy and lazy. The food slopped together, always messy and never put together properly, the shake machine never works every time we go it never fails. Very slow service. I wish this place had better management this is Rio Rancho. View all feedback.
I've seen the drive-through lane pretty busy here , but the staff and the work crew here are efficient and seem to work as a team , and courteous , always and I so enjoy the Taco burgers !
Basic Bob burgers good green chili, good food, basic staff if not below average a female manager is rude throwing dirty looks all the time for no reason.
2 words... Taco Burger . And their Chile is perfectly hot and delicious!!
Local fav, tortilla burgers....yum... previous review updated review on 6-9-24,,,, I ordered a cinnamon stick Sunday. They forgot to give me the ice cream. So I went to the counter and asked, where is the ice cream?, you only gave me the cinnamon sticks. The girl went to get it and the male cashier didn 't notice that I 'd walked over to the pickup counter and while I was standing there he was making fun of me going. Oh my God, I don 't have ice cream!! In a mock snotty voice. Then he looked left and saw me. Boy, was he polite after that!!! Still, I was matter of fact. Non drama. His reaction was probably over embarrassment, but I didn 't appreciate it.
The cashier with fake eyelashes and red hair was super rude and I don't think she knows how to count because she constantly repetir to us 2 fries , 2 fries. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE AND SHE WAS RACIST . It's sad to see this here .
