Feedback Steakhouse - Rio de Janeiro

The service experience was terrible. The food is very good, but the waiters and the hostess are not trained to deal with the public, acting sometimes grossly. The manager, as well as the hostess, made little case of my complaints, not making a little question of loyalty to the customer. I will never step again at this establishment. The quality of service, repeat, is not even reasonable. It is increasingly difficult to be well attended in Rio de Janeiro.

Great food with a wide variety of options. sushi a delight and good mt attendance. Price a bit high but consistent with the quality of the food. I recommend

A experiência de atendimento foi péssima. a comida é muito boa, mas os garçons e a hostess não são treinados para lidar com o público, agindo, algumas vezes, de maneira grosseira. o manager, assim como a hostess, fez pouco caso de minhas denunciações, não fazendo a menor questão never mais pisarei nesse staplecimento. a qualidade do serviço, repito, não é sequer razoável. é cada vez mais difficult to be bem attended no rio de janeiro.

Excellent food com uma grande varietye de opções . sushi uma delícia e atendimento mt bom. preço um pouco eleva mas condizente com a qualidade da comida.
