Bagatelle - Rio de Janeiro

I was going to give it 1 star but I decided to change in the last minute. Let me tell you why: We arrived to Bagattelle at 9pm, we had reservations. The entrance is elegant, you go up the stairs and the music gets louder. The place is big, so crowded, each table beside the other one. The deco is elegant too. From the moment we sat down the noise was unbearable, I could not hear a single word my boyfriend was saying!! The waiter was very nice and attentive to us. But, I have to say we waited 45 minutes by the appetizer!!! And after that, we waited 45 more for main course. We were really angry. But the worst fact was that the food was cold! It's rude. After finishing our dinner, music went a little bit louder and people starting dancing on the tables! It was really fun. We ended up leaving with a smile and a few dancing moves. I suggest you come directly at 11pm for a drink and some dancing. Skip dinner that is not worth it at all. I was gonna give him 1 star but I decided to change at the last minute. The boy was very kind and attentive to us. But, I must say that we wait 45 minutes for the entrance!!! And after that, 45 more minutes for the main dish. We were angry. But the worst thing is that the food was frozen! Crazy. After finishing dinner, the music began to dream louder and people started dancing up the tables! It was so fun. We ended up with a smile and a few steps on the track. I suggest you come straight at 11pm for a drink and take a few steps. Get off the dinner that's worth nothing.

For a French restaurant, the menu felt very Italian. Prices on the food seemed reasonable, however common beverage prices are extremely high. As a night club, it may be great, as a restaurant it is a bit too formal and expensive for what it is.

Easy stellar! The whole experience in Bagatelle is amazing, location, food and amazing vibe. The concept is fantastic. Compared to other places with the same price level in the same city area, Bagatelle offers a much better experience. A must to go!

Great location, good atmosphere, posh and chic as expected. Especially thanks to Rodrigo, who is a great host, make sure that the service is excellent!
