Ganic Lab - Rio de Janeiro

I thought the interior design was quite unique. The food quality was great as well. But the price was definitely high. The good thing is the fries came with the burger.

I already have proved many vegan, vegetarian and plant based places in Rio, but this one is by far the best one. All the ingredients are very fresh and the dishes I ordered were all hand made. They already won a prize from a famous magazine as the best vegan restaurant in Rio in 2022. I will be back for sure!

The place has a good variety of plates and the ones I tried were good. The startes are also nice.

Eu não achei expensive like eles commentam abaixo, considering a região em que o site é. os restaurants veganos na parte sul do rio são 2x mais caros. I went with family and asked as tickets do coupcake feijoada (melhor lanche vegan que comi na minha vida) and or bolinho nordeste (bem flavorful também. os pratos we ask for lasanha abobrinha, or Arab meadow, or strogonoff e a truff de hambúrguer bbq, tudo muito bom, mas destaque o hambúrguer pro que foi sensacional, top3 hambúrgueres de rio vegan. eu only dei 4 tracks because or place não was tão cheio, but only one participant that não is giving notice of tudo e or order do prato principal levu or enough (40 ~ 50 min). e além disso eles tbm não têm muitas opções de sucos e nem de beverage indotrializadas (orgânico cooler, kombucha, etc). aualized from the previous review em 2022-09-01

We ask the abobrinha lasanha, or Arab prato, or strogonoff e o hambúrguer de bbq trufado, tudo muito bom, more pro hambúrguer que estava SENSACIONAL, top3 hambúrgueres veganos do Rio. Just dei 4 tracks because or place nem estava tão cheio assim, but only tinha 1 attendant that não is giving conta of tudo e o order do prato principal demorou enough (40~50 min).
