Na Parrilla Smoked Food Beer - Feedback

What Mike L doesn't like about Na Parrilla Smoked Food Beer:
The food is good, but not amazing. I ordered a filet cooked medium rare and it came medium well with extra char on the outside. The flavor was still good, but it was difficult to cut with the especially dull steak knives provided. The food alone would earn this restaurant 4 stars in my book, but the service was not great.
