It's a pity, lik... read more Certain aspects of the interior are beautiful: a vintage/art nouveau/old American/ Wes Anderson look, but the modern hipster feel reigns still. It's a pity, like most of the things that are new. In Oporto in general I have the feeling that service isn't quite the level of the hospitality in Belgium for example. It's always a bit hesitant and slow. It's a good place to work on your computer, although it's not really the place for it. It's quiet, but not very cozy, like an ice-cream place should be. It has a distant feel, meant for tourists that won't return. For that purpose, it isn't bad, because I liked the ice cream. The different elements of a hipster decor, too bright light, the pop music and lack of service make it a bit of a fraud, but what isn't lately... I would recommend an updated playlist, a chill on the decor and service that will make clients want to come back. The prices are just okay, pricy for Portugal, but still worth it if the above mentioned are taken care of.

The first bite I took of my warm crepe with a flavor explosion of cold, creamy, and delicious gelato was life-altering. My sister, next to me, also eyes widened with delight, had just bitten into her warm, soft, fluffy, waffle with her beautifully simple vanilla gelato, topped with cookies to emulate a cookies and cream vibe. We finished our sweet treat and immediately joked about needing another, right away. We are from out of town, but WILL, I repeat, WILL be returning. If you read this review and you do not go to this place, you have made the largest mistake of your life. Let's hear it for Gelataria Sincelo. PS: The atmosphere of this place was so cute
