When we contacted them by phone, we were to... read more We ordered a rollo and a calzone with chicken. However, we got a calzone with veal, which I unfortunately don't eat. When we contacted them by phone, we were told that they were unfortunately out of chicken. No problem, but in that case you either mention it in advance or get in touch. I would have ordered something else. They then cheekily hung up. The next time we called, we explained the situation again, but instead of offering to deliver something else later, they didn't even try to find a solution. After we at least asked for our money back, they said we can pick up a calzone tomorrow for free. But that won't fill me up today, and we ordered specifically so we wouldn't have to drive and would have it delivered. After all, that's what we paid for the trip. That was the last time we ordered from here.
