When we contacted them by phone, we were told that unfortunately they no longer had any chicken. No problem, but you should either note this in advance or contact us. Then I would have taken something else. It was then simply hung up. On the next call we described the situation again, but instead of offering to deliver something else later, they didn't even look for a solution and after we at least asked for the money back, they said we could pick up a free calzone tomorrow. But I won't get enough of it today and we ordered extra so that we don't have to drive and it will be delivered. After all, we also paid travel costs for this. That was the last time we ordered here.

Unfortunately there was only room for 1 other car behind us and one next to us. There were three of us and we weren't allowed to sit down (15-20 minutes). There would be no more space for customers. Apparently we weren't customers in his sense (the snack bar was empty). Unfortunately, he lost three customers as a result. Customer friendliness is something else.

I would have ordered something else. They then cheekily hung up. The next time we called, we explained the situation again, but instead of offering to deliver something else later, they didn't even try to find a solution. After we at least asked for our money back, they said we can pick up a calzone tomorrow for free. But that won't fill me up today, and we ordered specifically so we wouldn't have to drive and would have it delivered. After all, that's what we paid for the trip.
