This is a charming, multi-lingual family run farmhouse style restaurant. The dinning is fabulous in their beautiful gardens.The view of the Neisen is amazing! My favorite part are the play areas for kids. They have a trampoline, swings, and climbing areas. It's nice to have the kids play while the adults relax and chat over a bottle of wine. We always take a car here, but I have noticed more bike riders stopping in while on their rides. I highly recommend visiting on a sunny day.

It is worth to note th... read more We had a pretty good lunch in Krindenhof: classic Swiss cuisine with a bit of research in presentation. Staff was efficient and friendly. It is worth to note that their menus are translated in English and French which is not really common in this area when you are not in touristic locations. The restaurant in 400 meters above the Thunersee which gives a wonderful view of the mountains on the south-western side of the lake. They also have a nice terrace that we were not able to enjoy due to the weather.
