I love Zaxby's, especially their salad! However, I went to purchase a salad last Sunday and I was really disappointed. I purchased a Cobb salad, my favorite, but I didn't finish it. This is the first time I ever threw my salad away. The lettuce was kind of soggy, and the chicken pieces were almost non-existent. I didn't receive my salad dressing, nor any sauce for the cheese balls. I will still go to Zaxby's, but never on a Sunday! Waited for 15 minutes to order. When we where 2nd in line the cashier announced that they where too busy and would not be taking orders for a while. Waited 20 minutes before they started taking orders again. After ordering, we Waited 30 minutes for our order. Was handed a large bag and told that was it. After the 15 minute drive home found we did not recieved two of the meals. Called the store and they said that we had forgotten to take them. Drove back and picked them up. Drove home and did not ear the cold frys and chicken. Not the first time this location has messes up our meal but will be the last.
