I stopped by for an early lunch this morning and was greeted by friendly staff who served me fresh bread. However, when I checked the lettuce, it was brown and wilted. I almost decided not to order any, but an employee noticed too and promptly got me some fresh lettuce. I really appreciated his attentive service, especially since I was having a tough morning. Their effort truly brightened my day! It was definitely necessary to replace that old lettuce—whoever left it out really should pay more attention. It was in such bad shape that I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! Overall, the restaurant was clean, although I didn't have a chance to check the restrooms. The sandwich I had was tasty, but I would have liked more teriyaki sauce.
I have visited this restaurant three times, and each experience has left me disappointed. Today, I ordered two hot subs, but they were made on the wrong bread. To make matters worse, neither sub was actually hot. On a previous visit when I dined in, the employee was more focused on chatting with four friends than taking my order, and I had to repeat myself three times because they weren't paying attention. On another occasion, I placed a pickup order through the app, but when I got home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong. It had someone else's name on it, with the wrong sub, incorrect chips, and even cookies that I never ordered.
Caroline Laura are ALWAYS friendly, cleaning, and helpful in anyway every time I come in there. They have spoiled me to not enjoy subway anywhere else because of the amazing quality and service I always get with them! They never skimp on toppings and always suggest yummy ideas! Keep up the great job ladies!
It could have been
This is the best subway location I’ve ever been to. It is extremely clean, the food counter is well taken care of, the employees are very friendly and the food tastes good.
