There was... read more We were pleasantly surprised by our visit to this restaurant! We were about a third of the way to Florida and were looking for breakfast around 10:30. There was no room at the Waffle House, and a 45-minute wait at Cracker Barrel meant we had to consider an early lunch instead. That’s when we realized that every fast-food restaurant in town had no indoor seating. Then, we stumbled upon this little "hole-in-the-wall" spot and decided to give it a try. The manager was incredibly friendly and helped us find the best deal for our family of seven, offering us a great price on top of that. The food arrived quickly, hot, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders were genuinely juicy and tender, and the fries were excellent too. The coleslaw had a lovely flavor without being too heavy. We found ourselves saying more than once that we really hit the jackpot with this place. Plus, they offered a 15% military discount, which we truly appreciated. While we don't specifically seek out restaurants that offer discounts, we certainly value those that do! We'll definitely remember this gem for our future trips down south!
