It’s important for a business to take the time to listen to customers’ concerns regarding food quality. She refunded my money without asking a single question.

They are always out of something, which I would probably typically blame on the current state of affairs, but other locations do not seem to have the same issues. Echoing the sentiments of several others, biscuits are hard 50% of the time and apparently the most they have ever done regarding curbside was driving the posts in the ground. The last two days I have ordered a mobile order, pulled into the parking spot, clicked I 'm Here only to wait for 10 minutes before pulling into the drivethru to get my food. There seems to be no interest in providing the service from this location. I don 't expect any results from this location as I 've left several negative reviews with no results. Very unfortunate, but it is what it is, apparently.
