I usually love Bojangles but they need to at-least buy better drink holders because they should not be breaking like this when i just put my hand on it, why is... read more I usually love Bojangles but they need to at-least buy better drink holders because they should not be breaking like this when i just put my hand on it, why is it soggy? plus we ordered some bo berry biscuits with extra icing right? if you look at thepicture, it almost seems they did the opposite of what we asked. They basically gave us dried biscuits with some blueberry?s inthem.

I went back thru the drive thru nothing. I walked in said are you open and was told no. They had no biscuitsready. There were 2 people in the building working. If you are not going to open when posted change your hours, make a sign,turn off the drive thru lights maybe. Some indication other than eating peoples time because you are dory staged butpretending you are open.

They are always out of something, which I would probably typically blame on the currentstate of affairs, but other locations do not seem to have the same issues. Echoing the sentiments of several others, biscuitsare hard 50% of the time and apparently the most they have ever done regarding curbside was driving the posts in the ground. The last two days I have ordered a mobile order, pulled into the parking spot, clicked I 'm Here only to wait for 10 minutesbefore pulling into the drivethru to get my food. There seems to be no interest in providing the service from this location. Idon 't expect any results from this location as I 've left several negative reviews with no results. Very unfortunate, but it iswhat it is, apparently.
