Delicious fusion food. Many vegan options and a pretty fast service for just one guy who runs the kiosk. I recommend the sweet spicy Japanese noodles that are not on the menu. They were divine. Everything was delicious except I wasn't a superfan of hibiscus and cinnamon drinks. View all feedback.
I love their hummus wrap and veggie dumplings. It’s also right next to the beach so you can walk down and eat while watching the sunset. Updated from previous review on 2023-03-01

We ate at spires market a few times while we were staying in the area and were able to try multiple dishes. We especially enjoyed the potstickers, and the spicy noodle special, as well as their selection of fresh juices. We also tried the kimchi bowl and hummus platter, which we would also order again! Highly recommend for any vegans, traveling through or staying in the area!
This place truly was a life saver- they had several vegan options and are open late at night early in the week when every other restaurant in Rincon is closed! We had the vegan bao buns and a kimchee bowl and both were really good! They were swamped with a line out the door of customers so they told us it would take a while to get the food, so we got drinks at one of the neighboring booths.
