Took a lot of time before we received thr menu and finally ordered smth. Then we had to wait for around 1h30min until receiving the order. Not to mention that not all the food ordered has been served (probably they have forgotten). Finally we lost our patience and left without even asking further questions as we were already fed up....

Something was... read more Wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars. We've been to Basilico many times over the years. The food was fine but everything was a bit slower than usual. Something was off. Maybe it's the new management not sure but it wouldn't keep us from going back as they have good pizza. Left something behind when we left and they kept it for us. A big thank you for the honesty and help.
