I really like the restaurant; it’s well-maintained and clean. The staff seems cheerful and friendly, and they always help me or at least guide me in the right direction. View all feedback.
What Heidi Leigh doesn't like about Broulim's:
The variety of supplies is non-existent. I was trying to track down coffee creamer and they have the smallest section. The store is small and needs a cleaning. Its the only grocery for maybe 15-20 mins. They take full advantage of them being the only option for people in Rigby and surrounding camp areas. View all feedback.
The grocery selection is quite good, though prices tend to be a bit higher compared to some other stores. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful.
Fantastic little store! I was really impressed. Despite being a smaller country shop, the staff was incredibly friendly.
Broulims is my favorite grocery store chain in Idaho Falls I'm a retired produce buyer, so a good produce department is always appreciated. Add to that a really outstanding deli, and a wide selection of local food items like tortillas, and friendly professional service. They also seem to have very good ad prices.
I have been a long time happy customer since the Rigby Broulims store opened. This review is not for the store but for a woman employee who worked at customer service whom I have never seen or met and I shop at the Rigby Broulims at least 2 or 3 times a week. I bought a beef roast for our Christmas dinner at the Ammon store. The butcher there suggested which roast would be best for crock pot and tenderness. I cooked the roast for 6 hours mostly on low. The roast was so tough you couldn’t even put a fork through it. And it had a bad taste. I took the cooked roast back to the Rigby Store after Christmas. I told the employee who was working customer service that I could not find my receipt but I had the bag with the price on it. $22. She took a slight look in the bag and said very rudely we don’t take perishables back. I tried to explained to her that this was a tough roast and I paid alot for. Her only words to me were stated again that we don’t take perishables back. She never apologized for the inconvenience. This is the first time I have come across such a rude employee. She made me so angry I told her I wouldn’t shop here anymore. She said something back to me about not caring if I shopped there again. I couldn’t believe it!! I have taken meat back before to the Rigby store and the employees at customer service are always so nice. They even called for the butcher who cut me a more tender slice of meat.
This Broulim’s (Rigby) used have the very best gluten-free section ever! I raved about it and told everybody to come to the store because of it. And it was so convenient to those of us that needed it. And then you did away with it! Your gluten-free section was the reason that I drove out of town to go to this store! And it breaks my heart that it’s no longer there. They say that they just move things around the store. But you didn’t you got rid of most of the good items, like the gluten-free crusts and the breadsticks and the Brazilian bites and the best, the gluten-free corn dogs!
