I then tried ordering through the app, and even though it claims they deliver (I'm only 5 minutes away), it said there were no restaurants near me for delivery! This is just unacceptable! It's hard to believe! Please get it together!

The cashier had a long line of customers but was not polite to anyone, including he... read more I visited the St-Hubert Express in Rigaud, QC, on October 9th with a friend. The cashier had a long line of customers but was not polite to anyone, including her staff. She gave customers negative looks when they requested mayonnaise or made changes to their orders and was even seen shouting at her colleagues, displaying very unprofessional behavior. It seemed like she was annoyed by everyone around her. My club sandwich was poorly assembled, the fries were cold, and no sauce was provided. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

She was very rude to the 3 employee in the back and was rude to all the costumer in the restaurant. She was very short fuse, very angry and irritated when the customer were approaching the cash to take the order, she would yell (What do you want with your order) I will never go there again, did not expect that !
