I tri... read more I 've been there twice, and the service is excellent. Props to the sommelier girl. She is very knowledgeable, and I have a feeling that she loves her job. I tried the tasting menu because I like that adventurous feeling when you don 't know what 's coming. I had a few favorites on this menu, but my top one is the bread with butter. I know that bread is bread, but this one was melting in my mouth. Just excellent. Was this the best-tasting menu that I have had? Probably not, but it is worth the money. I have read other reviews, and someone said that it is too vegetarian, but I can 't agree. My only complaint is the amount of food. There are 11 meals, which is a little bit too much. 7-8 would be enough, but what do I know? Others are complaining that they left the place still hungry. :

Apart from the impeccable service, both food and drinks were outstanding. We both went for the tasting menu consisting of 11 courses, and started our journey with each one of the recommended aperitif cocktails. The oyster martini was mind blowing! Salty, maritime flavors paired with slight sweetness of the (home made) vermouth, just perfect. One of the best, and smartest, cocktails I have every tried so far. The dishes served throughout the evening were full of flavor with smart flavor pairings. The idea of the tasting menu is to use all parts of a product, also the ones that may not typically end up on your plate in a fine dining venue. As an example the dessert contained potato skin and was one of the highlights of the evening. Savory sweet, crunchy soft, just delicious and very surprising. We will follow the future journey of this restaurant, and hope that Guide Michelin adds Latvia to their list (now that they added Estonia back in 2022).
