We've been fine, there's nothing wrong, but several small flaws make me lower the vote. We started great: tartare with spectacular mango ice cream! Primi: cheek paste, potato cream and pecorino very good, also excellent, but too much, too much fat remained in the dish; ricotta plin and spinach good but nothing of that. Second: boiled to the cart. Good, but missing the cart and above all it didn't seem just done. I understand, we were only at lunch, but nothing exciting. The green sauce was made by them and was a little crude, but good. But the mustard was beautiful. Probably better at night.
It is worth a trip to Rieti to try it also as half board of the Miramonti Hotel Great service, such as quality and quantity. Big choice of wines and desserts.
