Friendly staff (what normal if you are in Sicily), but what I did not accept was teasing. What I asked was an artisanal dove from pastry shop, but I was stuffed the classic Easter cake of the Balocco with stuffing (inserted inside by some special tool present in their workshop) and glazed pistachio. If I wanted to buy a Paschal dove from the Balocco, I'd go to the supermarket. I would have preferred to tell me the truth and, of course, I would have chosen some other specialties... I warmly thank the owners for teasing and I communicate to them that will not be there next time.
