My daughter devoured her pulled pork sandwich and the okra dipped in the homemade buttermilk ranch is straight from heaven! Plan a stop if you're on the road or just get in your car and go! I had... read more My wife and I stopped here on our way out of town and boy were we happy we did. It was like dropping in on family and getting a quick and very tasty meal. I had the chicken fried steak with green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy and my wife had the chopped beef sandwich with fried okra. The food was very fresh and we both made comments to each other about how good the food was. The steak had pull but was tender and juicy the chopped beef sandwich was moist and had just the right amount of spice. The sides were amazing also. Prices were pretty reasonable and worth it. Our server was really nice and you could tell that the staff are really nice people who enjoy what they do and who they work with. The restaurant was clean and smelled nice. All in all it was a great experience and hopefully my wife and I can stop here again soon!

We spent $40 on boiled ribs and really dry chicken fried steak. I’m not even a picky eater, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat this.
