We had two great days... We were very excited about the great ambience in their restaurant. Beer, food and service were great. We recommend and would like to visit again at any time. An additional praise goes to the staff of the restaurant that met us every wish and answered every question. Thank you.

I start in reverse order: “Trotz” at best belongs to the kindergarten and is unfortunately clear to your lines. We never said that the “Pinguin Look” did not like us. As far as the “quality high-quality products” you have praised, I will describe what we got served in HammerBräu: 1. Greeting from the kitchen the photo says where it goes long 2. I returned sausage meat at the first start because it was not hot and the cheese was not baked (Tipp: lemon is not a decoration and must therefore also be significantly thicker than 1cm) 3. Schnitzel “au four” again not hot, the cheese had hardly any tanning and the panade was softened. At GDR times we knew something like this as Steak “au four”. 4. Gulasch with beans should actually be beans with goulash. I don't know what guest at 19:30, 350g raw green beans pulled through the pan with 100g ham cubes eat?! To this end, a sweetly prepared goulash, with muddyly watered “serviette dumplings”. All together you call “quality high-quality products” and “deviates very much from that time”? In sentences in which passages such as “uniform and demanding service thoughts” occur, the neck hair sets me up! We were here in Riesa for the world tap championships. Had eaten everywhere else but decided to come here tonight. Traditional German food we were told....

The interior is very beautiful. They seem to make their own beer that was good. We were welcomed by HOW CAN I HELP YOU? So do not get any tips, bright man.
