I'm baffled at tonight's encounter at the Folsom Menchie's. Tonight my friend and I left at 840pm to get froyo. We walked in at about 847pm, and they close at 9pm. We paid and then sat outside. You would think the girl, Anna, would've said politely we close in ten minutes and have to bring the patio furniture inside. Overall great, frozen yogurt and toppings. The humongous downfall is the people working in the facility. I was there yesterday, Friday night, and there was a young lady that was extremely rude and non-communicative. I would highly suggest getting people that want to come to work, working at the facility. Highly suggest some customer service training. View all feedback.
Good rotation of froyo flavor options. The space is generally clean. I wish there were more non-candy topping options.
Wonderful! I went here with my grandkids yesterday evening and it was delicious. Lots of fun toppings and the young lady working there was very helpful.

I went here a few weeks ago on a Tuesday morning. The man working wasn't friendly and not pleasant or helpful. He should smile and be alittle nicer.
