Tito's Burritos And Wings - Ridgewood

I ordered a bowl at this restaurant, but they had a limited selection of toppings to choose from. The dish was bland and could have been greatly improved with the option to add fresh toppings like cilantro and onion. They should take notes from chains like Moe's in this aspect. Additionally, I ordered chips but there was no salsa included. I was disappointed with my experience and do not plan on returning.

This restaurant is a pretty cool place. I had an excellent burrito that had all the usual ingredients like rice, lettuce, and tomato. The service here is fast - you place your order and you get it quickly. The staff were decent, not very chatty but overall, I would definitely return to this place.

I've been coming to this place to eat alot but over time I noticed the quality of the food is getting poor. I had a burrito and it was cold and average taste. The chicken wings were bad not cooked well. The skin on the wings were very very soft they need to be crunchie. I did not like the wings very disappointing. I will not be returning.

The place got really nice reviews and I wanted to try out their food for so long. I ordered the wings (both BBQ and Buffalo) as well as a crispy burrito bowl. The chicken was really dry. The bowl lacked flavour. I sat inside and the interior wasn’t clean. The staff was pleasant but the food was bad.

Fantastic new ownership. Mary was super sweet taking our order. Julie was the manager and made sure our food came out perfect and even brought my kids a frisbee and beach ball. Food was awesome and we’ll definitely be back!
