Addendum: July 31, 2023:Everything they make will probably induce some diabetic shock…. BUT it’s worth it! Personally, I’m not a huge cookie person…. I just love the energy and flow of this space…Katie, is a doll!!! (I believe she told me she is the regional manager of this whole cookie connection enterprise) Such speed and efficiency…. You will never see or experience such a “cookie ninja”…. She has years of practice doing cookies, and it shows….Ummmm…. My goodness…. All of the co-workers are our children’s age…. We have a 17 yo daughter and a 19 yo son…. The ENTIRE CREW feels like our children. (In addition, I do doordash, and this literally my fave place to do doordash from…)To highlight a few:Destinee: wowowowowow…. Better human being no where!!!!!Nautiqua: love her name’s spelling…. More honest human being no where…. She is a legend in her own right, a native of 07450….Abby: this girl works until her fingers bleed…. When she gets in the zone, she gets these red laser eyes and focuses until things melt and the task is done done done…BTW I have diabetes, and I STILL LOVE THIS PLACE!!! As the saying goes…. Do what u love and eat what you love EVEN IF IT MIGHT KILL YOU…. DIE WITH A SMILE…Godspeed to all those related to cookie connect…Thanks for the fun and sugar!!! First I’d like to acknowledge that this review is about the customer service my friends and I received tonight.Destiny handled each and every customer with exceptional service. She was at this location by herself and at one point had about 10 customers either picking up or waiting to order and continued working seamlessly. Not one time did she get overwhelmed nor hesitate.My friend, which is a business owner himself said “I’d hire her for my business in a second.”The cookies are absolutely delicious but having great customer service made our first time experience better.Destiny is obviously a hard worker dedicated to her job and deserves a RAISE!!Thank You Destiny!!!!PS: The location could use some maintenance. The walls were dirty and lights didn’t work.

Update: 5 Stars to 3 StarsWho do we need to speak to for the new chocolate chip cookie to go away and bring the old one back. The new one is terrible. I use to love bringing out-of-towners here. Now it’s embarrassing.
