Found this place on Google Maps for lunch after you have some shops in the area. What a find! Big German bar. If you are looking for the Hofbrauhaus experience, go to Radegast and fight the masses. If you want a little German pub, go to the Gottscheer Hall. Good neighborhood crowd and good food. Bratwurst and Sauerkrautplatte are primo!
Historical Ridgewood building with Gottscheer/German American farewell, beer wine. Event room in an elegant large room with chandeliers. My classic 70s rock band plays there occasionally. Great neighborhood hangout to w cool jukebox!
Great food! The Pierogies, Sauerkraut and 3 cheese sandwiches were incredible. I'll try the rest of the menu soon.
Was here for a handmade market. Old school vibes, this place looks like and feels as if it was around since pre hipster/gentrification era... because it was here back in the day. Very unique atmosphere, people who work here are really nice no attitude. Good food in very generous portions no exaggeration all at very affordable prices.
