A few individuals, l... read more I usually visit this restaurant in the evenings, so my review reflects that experience. The staff is always kind and genuinely hardworking. A few individuals, like Aaron, Ryan, and Marion, really stand out and go above and beyond. When they ask how I'm doing, it feels sincere, as if they really care. I can be quite particular about my food, but all three of them are attentive and happy to accommodate my requests. What's even more impressive is that Ryan remembers exactly how I like my meals without me having to ask. I keep coming back because I truly feel like a valued customer here.

Employees who do their job get in trouble but the ones who cause trouble and drive other employees and customer away never get into trouble due them being Favorites its sickening and tiring and makes it hard for the actual good employees to care about anything sheetz related. Don 't work at this location unless you wanted to be stressed out to the point of suicide.
