First timer here, the food was AMAZING! Had arancini and calamari apps, both good. The meatloaf was OUTSTANDING. Haddock French was also so good. The only dish that was mediocre was the pork belly, which should be called pot roast. The restaurant itself was small and, although nicely decorated for Christmas, was nothing fancy and a bit dated. Will definitely return, the best non chain restaurant in Greece. View all feedback.
What Alicia R Omero doesn't like about Lamplighter:
Ate dinner here while visiting from Los Angeles to attend a funeral. Both my husband and I are vegetarian, so we opted for the one vegetarian dish that was offered, some kind of pasta with eggplant and vegetables. It was meh. Frankly, it was bland in taste and didn't seem like it was seasoned much. Someone else in our group ordered it and agreed with our assessment. Two others in our party shared the Chicken Parmesan... Two others in our party shared the Chicken Parmesan and were pleased with it. The bread is tasty, however. Service was good, and they had a decent amount of wine choices, so if you drink enough, I'm sure everything will taste amazing.
Business dinner for four and everyone loved each of their meals and their dessert.
Had the rack of lamb, this time, and it didn't disappoint. Last two times had the gnocchi Gorgonzola with candied walnuts... So good
Excellent place to go for casual dinner with great food drinks and
Hadn't been there in a while, food and service were fantastic have the Gnocchi!
