We ordered through the app. We checked in as always and waited... and waited. After about 20 minutes we noticed every stall was showing 'red button activated ' and people were only using the drive through. We managed to get the attention of a worker and he told us how short staffed they were but that our order was almost ready. The food was correct and tasted good. I really love the young lady at the window! She was extremely friendly and offered fantastic customer service. I'm definitely going to make more frequent visits to this Sonic because I'm so addicted to their ice!
We ordered through the app and checked in as usual, but then we waited… and waited. After about 20 minutes, we noticed that all the kiosks were displaying a "red button activated" message, and it looked like everyone was using the drive-thru. Eventually, we managed to get the attention of a staff member, who explained that they were short-staffed but reassured us that our order was nearly ready. When it finally arrived, the food was correct and tasted great. The staff member was friendly and thanked us for choosing Sonic. Just keep in mind to be patient; they’re really doing their best!
I've been to this Sonic multiple times, but my experience today with Brad at the window was the best I've ever had. In an industry where fast food employees can sometimes come across as unfriendly, Brad was a refreshing change. His cheerful and positive demeanor truly brightened my day from the moment I arrived until I left. He definitely deserves some recognition—and maybe even a raise—for his exceptional service.
This school is great! I really learned alot.
