Bruh the food is good but how they have me wait 10 minutes for cocktail sauce? ?
The food is was good but the customer service has been bad for a while. I feel good customer service starts with a greeting and a smile. They tell you how much it costs, take your cash or card, give your bag and send you on your way.
The wings were horrible after getting slightly getting good customer service for the first time. Yuck and mo yuck. I puked the next morning. Do better or take all that food off the menu. Pretty please.
