Great experience. Very good ambiance. Went for lunch and had chilly shrimp. It was perfect. Lightly coated and fried with a kickass sauce. Really enjoyed it. Went in a few days and had salt and pepper shrimp. Amazingly done. Lightly fried with salt and whole black peppers. View all feedback.
What Richard B doesn't like about P.f. Chang's Chinese Bistro:
The bathrooms were surprisingly filthy, with sticky floors and unclean tables. There was trash on the floors as well. The service left much to be desired; it took a long time for anyone to greet us or attend to our needs. View all feedback.
The food was fantastic but the service was not. I have also eaten at P.F. Chang's in Houston. The food and the service was fabulous!!!!
We were in Jackson, MS for a girls shopping trip. We decided to try P.F. Chang's for dinner. Our experience could have not been better. Chico was our server. Once he learned it was our first visit he took the time to explain the menu and make some awesome suggestions. It's not often we find excellent food along with top notch guest service. Thank you Chico, we will be back.
