Papitos Mexican Grill - Ridgeland

Have you ever felt like you wasted your time and money at a restaurant? If so, I suggest you go to Papitos in Ridgeland! The chips and salsa they served were mediocre at best. The chips were burnt and cold, while the salsa tasted like tomato soup. However, when my main dish arrived, it was hot and cooked perfectly. The shrimp were grilled to perfection, but the other components on the plate were overly salty. To top it off, when the bill came, they included an 18% tip on my credit card, even though there was only one other person dining with me. I felt that my $50 could have been better spent at Santa Fe and Grill restaurant.

We received cold food when we asked for a replacement, and the waitress didn't acknowledge us until we were ready to pay. It might have just been the waitress.

This was my first visit to this restaurant with my partner. We both ordered burritos - I had mine with pork and he had one with beef. There was an issue with his order, but the manager quickly rectified it and brought out the correct one. The food was delicious and I also tried a peach drink that was okay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Not really eating Mexican. drinking were bad. in any case not back. the customer service is not visible. no apologies or cures offered.

The steak chimichanga was horrible, the steak had a weird taste. Steak Mexicano was awful, meat was really tough! Waitress was ok… overall the food wasn’t good at all over priced. First last time going back
