What User doesn't like about Ridgefield Prime:
Does anyone know what happened to the Metzgers who used to work at Ridgefield Prime? When they were there, they would greet me by name (because I went so frequently) and the atmosphere was very welcoming and felt like a close-knit community. They gave me alive meat ? u could see the muscle moving and blood dripping then when i cooked it it screamed at me and i asked for a return and there was no return policy
Customer service is top notch. I called looking for bones for bone broth, initially they didn't have what I was looking for. The young lady on the phone didn't just hand up and went above and beyond. Asked their cook what they use....long story short, amazing customer service even though I was simply looking to purchase inexpensive bones. Since I was a new customer they also gave me a free pound of delicious sausage. Bottom line, I will be a customer for life. Quality of meat spectacular and customer service superb. Thank you so much?
Stopped in shortly before home after an 800 mile drive from NC. This was our reward! 2lb rib steak dry aged 1 month. Seared in cast iron, finished in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Out for a 2 minute garlic butter bath and down the hatch! Amazing cut. Highly recommend.
I purchase all my seafood for our Feast of the Seven Fishes for Christmas Eve. Fish is always so fresh and cleaned just as requested.
