This is one of the more laid-back bar areas in Ilani. They have a nice stage area for live performers and a massive screen to watch football on. The bartenders are really nice and we're helpful in deciding on a drink. They also had a great sense of humor. There is bar, table, and booth seating available. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Muze Lounge:
I recently went for a free concert, I only noticed many rude people there that just didn't make it so funny. The muze was packed so you couldn't even reach the bar for a drink, no one would move. The lead singer even announced, as The Ilani said, it was the packed as the COVID restrictions increased. I think they need to monitor the crowd of people in the muze for future free concerts. It’s a lovely venue, but there just weren't enough bartenders to accommodate the number of guests in the lounge during the event.
As a minor with cancer, I didn't visit the restaurant with my parents. They mentioned that while the bartender was nice, they felt the atmosphere wasn't very comfortable for socializing, and it was difficult to hear one another.

If it weren't for wanting to see the band that was performing, I wouldn't have stayed. Muse has limited seating and a bar that not only takes up more space than the tables do, but it also causes long lines to form on both sides, taking up space for anyone trying to enjoy the show while standing. The dance floor is limited to about 15 couples and the sound system could stand to be run by someone with a bit more experience. This open (to the casino) venue may be fun for a crowd of 21yr olds that don't yet know better, but for me... I prefer the vibe of a good dive bar with quick drinks, personable bartenders and great live music (with a sound system that properly balances the musicians and their instruments).
The ambiance is lovely, but there isn't quite enough seating available. The service was good. I went to enjoy the music and dance to Conjunto Alegré, who are fantastic—I would definitely see them perform again and again! However, the dance floor is somewhat sticky. It seems like they do clean it, but the vinyl wood flooring tends to be a bit tacky by nature.
