A fantastic old school breakfast. It's been so since the 70s. Some of the seats are patched. It looks worn out. But the coffee is endless, the staff is super helpful (everyone is called Hon and the food is amazing. I had the best omlette of my life here: perfectly cooked and seasoned. Phenomena. Large small hole in the wall to eat space. It's so cool when you get in there, it's like going into a time capsule where everything stuck in the 70s. The food is amazing that I had the burger when I left and my mother had the tuna melt the food was amazing. Recommend this place when you are in classic diner food. Make sure to bring cash with you, although there is a cash only branch!
Excellent server Sue nice, general coffee shop food atmosphere. Ordered eggs, oatmeal, etc. No complaints. If you 're looking for a coffee shop like your grandparents went to, this is the one. If you 're looking for something with up to date or trendy food options, this is not the one so don 't complain. It gets 5 stars for being exactly what we were looking for.
We love this place, it was both good food and very cheerful, friendly, thoughtful service. We would happily go frequently if we lived nearby. We We highly recommend it.
Small diner with very local feel and great service. It may not look like much from the outside but this high desert cafe is a time machine to the past. The decor and layout is mid-century cafe with what looks like all original furnishings. Maybe reupholstered sometime during the Carter Administration, it is nostalgic without trying to be. Food is good without pretension or much flair, but this isn’t that type of restaurant; burgers, breakfasts, comfort food. What sets this little cafe apart was the service; welcoming without being sappy or fake. Great little spot.
