Subway - Ridge Rd, Lansing

The staff is super rude here. Especially the older woman with grey hair. Corrected me about a product name and had a attitude I don't appreciate. Seems to be me a little racist. Never coming back.

I stopped in here on a Saturday night. I didn't cook anything so this was a healthier options versus eating fast food. I stopped in around 830pm no one was there but me which was cool. The lady behind the counter was friendly. I tried one of their wrap sandwiches. The chicken Cesar wrap which was good but seems really small for 7 dollars. My husband told me that they wrapped the sandwich wrong. He indicated that that he gets the sandwich around his job all the time and it comes out at least double the size of my sandwich. It was good. But I won't spend 7 dollars on a sandwich that I can only eat one time.

This review compares this specific Subway to other Subway locations. I live in Hyde Park, but was in Lansing for a doctor appointment. Stopped randomly at this spot. I was so pleasantly surprised. The food at most locations is basically the same. Good quality, fresh vegetables, and here it was good, as expected. The thing that makes this location stand out is the excellent customer service and genuine friendliness. Sometimes fast food restaurants give the impression that the customer should be honored to spend money with them!!!! Great work!

I feel like unless they mess up your order or give you bad service, going to any subway is the same experience everywhere, this one wasn't that memorable, I dont even specifically remember going so the food and service must have been ok

The sandwich was very tasty. There was no lines.
