Hooters - Ridge Rd, Lansing

Came here for a work dinner and Taisia was our server! She was amazing! super friendly and had a great attitude! Truly what customer service is all about. It’s servers like her that still make the service industry more than enjoyable in 2024! definitely coming back and requesting her! Food came out hot and fresh! shoutout to the cooks Manager LB for running a tight ship!

Tasia in Lansing was AMAZING. I’ve been going to Hooters for years and this was top 3 best experiences. Her personality is so pleasant and she made me feel like a priority regardless of how busy was she was. I requested for everything to be fresh and the food couldn’t have been hotter! This establishment wouldn’t be the same without servers like her! Amazing customer service, amazing food! The buffalo shrimp and honey Thai chili pepper wings were phenomenal! 100% recommended! The manager LB was super friendly too!

The office was very clean, and the staff in the office was very nice. The Vet was young and smart, did not do any unnecessary steps to run up the cost. She prescribed just what my pet needed,

This is the worst Hooters due to customer service!!! The African American workers always have an attitude!!!! They are more focused on socializing with one another rather than providing good customer service. This place should be closed down

The food was overpriced and mediocre at best. The place was untidy, trash all over the floor. Waitress slow and unattended. My advice is to make some wings at home.
