There are so many great things to say about Long Island Luau and its owner, Joe! The food was fantastic and Joe is the most passionate and wonderful chef I have ever met. He will make sure your event is perfect and the food is incredible! He made our wedding absolutely perfect and it was a pleasure to work with him!
Joe D and his catering LI Luau are top notch!! Professional, personable and the food is fantastic! Wings, Pork, Chicken, Rice, grilled veggies, etc. all cooked to perfection and huge portions. Highly recommend you reach out and book him for your next private event. Just a perfect afternoon.
Planned a surprise 40th for my husband with a Hawaiian theme yesterday someone told me about Long Island Luau for the food and I am so glad they did. What a great experience from just ordering the food and speaking to the owner to the awesome delivery guy and the actual food itself was amazing. I got so many compliments on how delicious everything was. Highly recommended Long Island Luau

Joe and his team are INCREDIBLE. They catered our wedding for ~200 and the food was a main topic. It was so important to me to have the food cooked there and it have a story and boy did it. We still get compliments on the brisket. Food aside Joe is an incredible person that really clearly cares about his food, service, and the people around him and their experience. I can't thank him enough. Thank you!!!
