For some reason my items have been coming out cold lately. I have purchased coffee and sandwich often here but this is wild that my items are now coming out cold. Nobody likes a burnt muffin! Just had someone pick up my on the go order only to find my orange cranberry muffin is burnt not just a little, it?s so burnt I can taste the char, just awful! Then I try to call the store to complain get an automatedmessage saying they?re not available! And my coffee isn?t good either! This Dunkin is hit or miss but lately it?s mostly a miss!Spent too much just to throw it all away!! I?ll go to McDonald?s next time!! I?m done with the Richton Park Dunkin!!
Poor service rude attitudes! I 've been going to this Richton Park location for many years but I 've decided to never go there again! I like the Avocado Toast. I 've been ordering it with bacon for about a couple months now. I go to this location nearlyeveryday. Last week I ordered it, got home and discovered NO BACON! You 're charged $1.00 extra for bacon. So, I went all the wayback there didn 't even get an apology from the rude manager. I barely got one from the worker who messed up my order. Then, afew days ago, I ordered it again the amount of bacon on it was much skimpier than usual. So, I went back, showed the ladymanager who made it how skimpy it was asked for more bacon. She was rude to me yelling at me like I 'm one of her children; Ijust turned 70 this year) saying, NO!! All you 're supposed to get is just a little bit of bacon! If you want more bacon, youhave to pay extra! I explained that I 've ordered this many times before there was always more bacon than this! I thought,aren 't they supposed to use some sort of measure for consistency in the amount of bacon? Apparently, not. Anyway, she wouldn 'trelent. She couldn 't just add a couple more small pieces of bacon in an attempt to satisfy the customer. But, she insisted onmore money $1.00 for extra bacon)! Rather than pay more, I just walked out with a very bad feeling. When I worked at severalfast food restaurants in my youth, I was always taught, The customer is always right, because they pay your wages! Apparently,this DD doesn 't believe in that principle. If this is how they treat their customers, I 'm OUT OF HERE!
First time to this location about 1:30 p.m. on a Monday. There was nobody in line inside or out however they failed to make a simple coffee with cream and three Splenda. Unfortunately I had to get back on the road to pick up somebody from the airport. Check your orders before you leave.
I love to get a cappuccino blast from here .My server Autianna was amazing.
Order a Boston style coffee and the coffee did not look like a Boston style. Rude lady says it has 8 creams. No way a coffee this dark has 8 creams; more like 4. I asked for 4 more creams she ignored me, gave attitude and gave me two. I asked for theother 2 and got more attitude and was told it would cost me. I?ve ordered a Boston from here before that was properly done. Thistime it was not and I know the difference. I order this all the time from DD. I will never come to this location again. Isuggest you if want proper service go elsewhere.
