Just had the most amazing (take away) tassie salmon pizza. Very impressed with the quality and service

This local pub has a fantastic atmosphere. I've eaten here twice and both times the meals and service from the staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at the lower unit of what was called the Stables . No wonder why the Horse 's had bolted long ago! It was clean but no cooking facilities not even a microwave. The back bedroom was in my opinion not up to code as it had no windows or fire escape option. The compressor unit which was old and very noisy for the cool store for the Pub went on and off all night long! It could be plainly heard from the main bedroom so forget about a peaceful sleep. Also no fire escape option. Smoker 's you are left with a public car park facing late night drunks good luck! There is no on site Manager and we were left hanging around until 11.10 am the next day trying to get a refund of being double charged for our room! However, the Bar staff were great and friendly the pizza not so good... In my opinion, this unit should not be rented as Tourist acomodation regardless of it 's central position in Richmond as it 's not up to code and it does not provide a comfortable, safe, and pleasant environment for anyone. Sorry guys, you need to get your act together. Simply not good enough.

Lovely little pub with a fantastic atmosphere and live music in the garden during the afternoon. The only downside is that the bar staff could benefit from smiling more and being more friendly when serving customers.

Just went for a beer on a Sunday afternoon. Service was good and a range of beers. Live music which the many customers really enjoyed
