The mud hut is one of two local establishments where dinner is available every night, these guys are the pick of the two because they do it right.Good pub meals... read more The mud hut is one of two local establishments where dinner is available every night, these guys are the pick of the two because they do it right.Good pub meals, good portions, tasty classics and they are quick. The chips were almost the best we have had on this trip, they are **** good chips though. The staff are happy and friendly and the general atmosphere is what you would expect at a country pub.Well worth taking the family down for dinner when you stop in Richmond.

We were so impressed on our first visit that we came back for two more days and even brought friends along. We have never met a more wonderful couple running a pub before - and we've been to many pubs!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even to our little dog. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.
