Average Vietnamese fare on the Vic street strip. Spring rolls were a bit dry, and the dipping sauce was not that punchy. The same sauce served with the vermicelli, which left it a bit watery towards the bottom of the bowl. Also, the beef betel leaf lacked something...just ok nothing special. Been here quite a few times over the past few years. It's decent for casual Vietnamese food and also only of only few restaurants in Richmond that serves Canh Chua, a fish hotpot dish.
