We were immediately greeted by a group of friendly staff members and seated by a kind gentleman who meticulously cleaned the table and chairs. Our group had just come from a 4-hour weightlifting session, so we were incredibly hungry and ready to indulge. Despite ordering an excess amount of food, including two whole chickens, 10 chicken wings, and four sides, our server managed to carry everything with ease. The food was delivered quickly and was still hot and delicious. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be returning. 5/5 stars.
The staff was incredible. I had been stuck waiting for the RAC for hours and they allowed me to stay warm. The service was outstanding and they are great people!
I received great service when I went to celebrate my dad's birthday at this restaurant. The staff surprised us with a cheesecake, which my dad absolutely loved! The staff was very friendly, and I want to thank them again for a lovely experience.
My expectations were too high for this restaurant l. What can I do, I like this brand however I left very unsatisfactory.
This restaurant is the worst in terms of missing items. Tonight I have ordered collection when I got home I have realised that one of the items which I have ordered and paid for was missing. When I called the restaurant the manager Paco refused to refuse me the money for the item which was supplied he said he will be checking cctv to make sure that I am telling the truth. This experience was highly frustrating and embarrassing. If they cannot do their job properly they should honour their responsibilities instead of called customer a liar. The team needs to be trained but most of all manager should change the job as his customer service skills are the worst I have seen. He should be let go. Wrong person in the wrong job.
